Every installation starts with a free on-site visit where we measure the space, review sun exposure, ceilings and electrical capacity, and recommend the right type and size of equipment.

Preventive maintenance

Regular maintenance keeps your equipment efficient, lowers your electricity bill and prevents breakdowns. We recommend a visit every 6 months for homes and every 3 to 4 months for businesses, and we offer maintenance plans for condominiums, offices and properties with several units.

Repair and diagnosis

If your unit is not cooling, is leaking water, makes strange noises or shows an error code, we diagnose the cause and explain the options clearly before any work is done. We also offer 24/7 emergency service for situations that cannot wait.
